Goalkeeper: Heurelho Gomes (Watford)
The Brazilian made a sensational double save to deny Marko Arnautovic as he helped his side to three more points. Only Lukasz Fabianski (six) made more saves than Gomes (five) in the Premier League this weekend.
Defender: Christian Kabasele (Watford)
The centre-back made a sensational goal-line clearance to preserve his side's clean sheet, as well as winning 80% of his duels and making six clearances against West Ham.
Defender: Shkodran Mustafi (Arsenal)
An imperious display from the German on his return from injury, Mustafi scored Arsenal's opener and made 14 clearances against Spurs, the joint highest in the Premier League this weekend.
Defender: James Tarkowski (Burnley)
An old-fashioned defender who likes to defend. Tarkowski has stepped in seamlessly following Michael Keane's move to Everton and put in another fine performance to help the 'Clarets' to a 2-0 win over Swansea.
Midfielder: Paul Pogba (Manchester United)
Simply put, United are a better team with Pogba in it this season. He scored one and created another against Newcastle, meaning that he has now been directly involved in eight goals in his last six Premier League appearances (four goals, four assists).
Midfielder: Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City
Nolito recently described De Bruyne as 'the reason fans pay to watch football' and his exceptional ability was on display again on Saturday as he rifled home City's second goal of the game. De Bruyne has been directly involved in 50 Premier League goals (16 goals, 34 assists) in 76 appearances, the quickest any midfielder has ever reached the milestone.
Attacking midfielder: Mohamed Salah (Liverpool)
Signing of the season? Salah took his tally to nine goals in 12 games on Saturday, becoming the Premier League's top scorer in the process. His first goal was a beauty, curling the ball into the far corner, whilst the second was a composed finish after an excellent piece of movement. A pleasure to watch.
Attacking midfielder: Mesut Ozil (Arsenal)
A tantalising display of just what the German is capable of. Ozil won Man of the Match against Tottenham and deservedly so, he was at the heart of everything Arsenal did going forward and also worked hard defensively. Ozil has provided more assists than any other player in the Premier League since making his debut in September 2013.
Attacking midfielder: Eden Hazard (Chelsea)
Hazard has been a revelation since being moved central alongside Alvaro Morata. The pair dovetailed beautifully against West Brom, with Hazard scoring twice and seeing his shot parried into the path of Morata for Chelsea's opener. Chelsea have won every game that Hazard has scored in under Antonio Conte.
Striker: Alexis Sanchez (Arsenal)
Sanchez's pace and movement caused all sorts of problems for Davinson Sanchez. The Chilean won the free kick for the first goal, controversial though it was, whilst he was on hand to tuck home the second himself. Since his Premier League debut back in August 2014, Sanchez has been directly involved in 79 goals (55 goals, 24 assists), some 24 more than any other Arsenal player.
Striker: Callum Wilson (Bournemouth)
What a way to return to fitness. Two cruciate knee ligament injuries later and Callum Wilson still knows how to score goals, his treble against Hudderfield made him the first Englishman to score a hat-trick in the Premier League so far this season in what was a beautiful demonstration of the pace, finishing and movement that had let to calls for an England call-up before his injury nightmare.
