Alphonse Areola (PSG)
Areola has it pretty easy playing behind a defence as good as PSG's. The French stopper conceded just four goals in Group B, three against Bayern munich and one against Celtic.
Dani Alves (PSG)
The veteran defender played every minute of PSG's Groups Stage campaign and helped them finish first in Group B.
John Stones (Manchester City)
As well as defending impeccably in Europe's elite competition this season, the young defender scored three goals in four games in Group F.
Layvin Kurzawa (PSG)
Any defender who can score a hat-trick in the Champions league merits a place in a team such as this. Kurzawa scored three times in PSG's 5-0 win over Anderlecht and also provided in the competition two assists, each against Celtic.
Cenk Tosun (Besiktas)
Tosun scored four goals and provided two assists to help Besiktas finish top of Group G.
Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City)
De Bruyne has become one of the best midfielders on the planet under Pep Guardiola. His three assists and one goal propelled Manchester City to the top of Group F.
Philippe Coutinho (Liverpool)
The Brazilian pushed his way into this star-studded lineup with a fine hat-trick against Spartak Moscow. He scored five in six matches and added two assists to send Jurgen Klopp's side through to the knockouts stages.
Corentin Tolisso (Bayern Munich)
Tolisso scored twice in Bayern's 3-1 victory over PSG on Matchday 6, taking his tally to three in the competition. He also provided an assist, and was a regular as the German Champions finished second in Group B behind PSG.
Neymar (PSG)
Neymar has transformed PSG into one of the most feared sides in Europe. The most expensive footballer in history scored an impressive six goals goals and provided four assists to help his side finish above Bayern Munich at the top of Group B.
Harry Kane (Tottenham)
The striker inspired Spurs to their 3-1 win over reigning European champions Real Madrid at Wembley, while he also netted home and away against Borussia Dortmund. His goals helped Tottenham finish top of this season's 'Group of Death'.
Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid)
Who else? Despite enduring a tricky start to the season in La Liga, Ronaldo has thrived in the Champions League. He has scored in every single European game so far this term and his nine goals make him the leading scorer in the competition so far.
