Bayern target one of the World Cup's surprise packages

The German squad had some doubts about the German goalkeeper's fitness after undergoing surgery. With the 2022-23 season already in the past for the Bayern captain, all the focus was on a speedy recovery in order to return to the pitch as soon as possible.

According to 'Sky Sports', Dominik Livakovic, who performed well for Croatia at the World Cup in Qatar, would be one of the Bavarian team's targets in order to have two top goalkeepers.

His performance at the World Cup was crucial in beating Japan in the Round of 16 and in saving two penalties in the quarter-final series against Brazil.
