Bayern determined to land Chelsea's Nkunku

Bayern Munich are looking to keep up the pace in the second half of the season and are eyeing the January transfer window in the hunt for a key player to bolster Vincent Kompany's squad.

According to Sky Sport, the German side's main target is Chelsea's Christopher Nkunku. The Frenchman, who has a past in the Bundesliga with RB Leipzig, is not having the expected role in London and his departure from Stamford Bridge is beginning to take shape.

According to reports, the German side have already spoken to Nkunku to show their interest and have already reached full verbal agreement on a long-term contract. The striker would be delighted to join the Germans, who are fighting for his transfer and do not seem to be satisfied with a possible loan move.

Chelsea are denying at the moment that they are looking for an exit for the player, although it is reported that negotiations between the clubs have already begun.
