Barca want Joao Felix and Cancelo back for free

The summer is still going on and Hansi Flick has not yet completed his squad. Signings are still awaited at the Camp Nou and the offices are moving to close certain movements.

'Mundo Deportivo' claims that the club has not given up on Joao Felix and Joao Cancelo. The Cule club had both on loan last season and are looking for Atletico and Manchester City to approve a new loan deal.

The Catalans would be willing to pay the wages of each, but nothing more. They do not intend to offer any money for a new loan.

The Spanish newspaper responds to the rumours published recently in the British press. The 'Daily Star' claimed that Barca were willing to pay 8 million for Cancelo now and another 21 million in a year to keep the player. Mundo Deportivo' denies it completely.

Manchester City are prioritising a sale and the same goes for Atletico Madrid, who are looking for a club willing to keep Joao Felix. Perhaps things will change as the summer progresses if no succulent offers arrive at the Etihad Stadium or the Metropolitano.
