Barca's Busquets between MLS or Saudi Arabia

Sergio Busquets will end 15 seasons as a first-team player for FC Barcelona on 30th June. The club announced his decision not to renew his contract, meaning he will be released at the end of the season at the age of 34.

The defensive midfielder from Sabadell will have to choose his new destination, as at 34 years of age he is not yet thinking about retirement. So far, according to 'Mundo Deportivo', everything points to the United States and Saudi Arabia as the most likely options for the captain.

MLS or Saudi Arabia?

As for the American country, David Beckham's Inter Miami are the team that have shown the most interest in bringing him to the MLS. The American team have already contacted Tactic Group, the player's agency.

On the other hand, there is the possibility of leaving for Saudi Arabia. According to the aforementioned information, Pep Setvalls, one of TacticGrup's agents, is in Riyadh this week to listen to the proposals of Al Shabab, Al Nassr and Al-Hilal, who are also targeting Leo Messi.
