Barca and Bayern would have to pay 40 million for Luiz Felipe

Barca and Bayern now know how much they would have to pay for Luiz Felipe if they wanted to sign him: 40 million euros. They are the two main clubs interested in him.

That said, the fact Lazio have put a figure on the table, according to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', does not mean the Serie A outfit are planning to sell him. It already became public that the board want him to renew his Lazio contract and in fact, he was on the way to doing that. There is still no agreement as of yet.

The team in the better position to buy the Brazilian are the Bundesliga club. The reason is that, a few days back, it was mentioned that Barcelona would have to rule out signing Neymar in order to focus on Lautaro and Messi's new contract. This would be due to a lack of money.

Bearing in mind that the club presided by Bartomeu is not in the best financial health, it seems difficult for the Catalan giants to pay 40 million euros on a footballer who is not one of their priorities at all. Luiz Felipe, therefore, looks closer to moving to southern Germany.
