Aston Villa to put Coutinho up for sale in the winter transfer window

Coutinho could change club in the winter transfer window. According to the 'Mirror', the Brazilian attacker does not count for Unai Emery and Aston Villa have decided to look for an immediate exit. 

In addition, the British media confirmed that the English club will only let him leave through a sale. Flamengo would be willing to sign the player, but it would be through a loan, so they would not look favourably on this option. 

Barcelona will be keeping an eye on this operation. Following the deal for 20 million euros, the 'Cules' reserved 50% of the player's transfer fee for a possible sale that could come soon. 

Coutinho made 13 appearances during the current campaign, in which he played 642 minutes. In those games, he was unable to score or assist, something that Unai Emery must have taken into account when making this decision.
