Ashley Cole returns to Chelsea as the Under-15 coach

It didn't take long for the legendary winger to return to the pitch. He retired from Derby County and has lots of experience in the whole of England. He only went out for a short time in Rome and LA Galaxy, in the United States.

His experiences will be key to transmitting the 'blue' philosophy to the kids. The U15 link is a very important part of a club's youth chain. Positive results are expected as soon as he has a chance to make his debut.

"I hope to be a top coach like Frank Lampard is showing to be", was the most stand out phrase from his first interview in front of the media. To do this, he will have to work hard to give it his best.

This is the return of the former footballer after four years away from the team. He will probably be able to take command of the team assigned to him, as he is well known throughout the country and even more so in London, so the boys will have respect for him from the start.
