Arsenal move for PSG midfielder Fabian Ruiz

Arsenal has been twice in a row very close to snatch the Premier League from Manchester City. The Gunners want to reinforce themselves well in this transfer market to achieve once and for all the coveted title, which the club has not won since 2004.
