Araujo determined to join Juventus despite Martinez's injury

The injury to Inigo Martinez, whose official medical has already been published, has not changed Ronald Araujo's decision: he wants to sign for Juventus in the current winter transfer window. During the Spanish Super Cup, held in Saudi Arabia, it came to light that the defender himself had been telling his teammates and coaching staff. At the celebration of the final victory over Real Madrid, in fact, a camera caught Robert Lewandowski asking him to stay.

'Relevo' reports, in any case, that the Uruguayan remains convinced that the best thing for him is to move to Turin. His teammate will be out for about a month and, once his recovery period is over, he will need some time to get back to his competitive rhythm, but the former Boston River man is not even thinking of staying to regain his place. Four weeks seemed like enough time for him to at least make a bid.

Negotiations with the 'Bianconeri' are complicated, of course. They are expecting an offer of around 50 million euros, which the 'Cules' could reject even though they have already declined an offer of 35 million euros. The ideal for them would be to receive 70 million euros.
