Mbappe injury scare nothing to worry about according to Rami

Fans of the French national team were left with grave concerns after images emerged of Kylian Mbappe seemingly in great pain during a training session with his teammates on Tuesday.

The PSG star, 20, was brought down by a challenge by centre-back Adil Rami, and with France's World Cup campaign due to start against Australia on Saturday, there were fears that he could miss that game or even the whole tournament when the images emerged.

However, both players took to social media to allay any concerns about the striker's fitness:

Rami opted to share with his Instagram followers that his teammate was fit and well after the challenge.

It remains to be seen if the teenager will be fit for the tie against the Socoroos in Kazan.
