A journalist teased Pep Guardiola about the Champions League yet again

"Hi Pep. If you're not ready to win the Champions League now, when will you be: in spring perhaps or next season?" the journalist told the Catalan coach.

"The reason why I ask you is that a lot of money has been invested and every year you say the same thing, and I find it a little strange that you do not believe that City is ready to win the Champions League," argued the professional.

Faced with this, Guardiola, who has already been questioned on countless occasions about this, took a breath and answered gracefully: "How many times have I answered this question since my first year? I can't answer it again, you know my opinion on it."

"I answered at my first press conference when I landed here four years ago. We're going to try, we're going to try. But I don't know who's going to win. If we win, we'll be happy. If we don't win we'll try next season. That's it," he concluded.
