If the Celtic winger were to be snapped up by either club, it would mark his first return to the Premier League since 2016. Sinclair formerly played for Aston Villa before signing a £3.5million four-year contract with Scottish Premiership champions Celtic.
Despite scoring 17 goals this season, Sinclair has started on the bench for the previous two league games at the club. Brighton and Bournemouth are both reportedly monitoring the winger's situation at Celtic, with the view to a potential summer bid.
Sinclair has two seasons remaining on his contract, with both Chris Hughton and Eddie Howe seemingly interested to test Celtic's resolve to hold onto the player.
The former Aston Villa winger has enjoyed plenty of success in the Scottish Premiership, having been voted Player of the Year and Player's Player of the Year. Sinclair has also represented England at U21 level and even competed in the 2012 Olympic Games.
