19-year-old saved Inter with a stunner
With captain and talisman Mauro Icardi still sidelined through injury Karamoh was given a chance to shine in the Serie A clash.
It was the first time he had been named in the starting lineup for the 'Nerazzzurri' and he marked it with a stunning goal as Inter claimed their first win in two months.
The youngster received the ball from Barcleona loanee Rafinha before skipping past a couple of challenges and rifling home left-footed from range.
